jeeta3 Terms and Conditions

By accessing the jeeta3 platform, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and jeeta3.

2.2 Registration Rules

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You may not use another person's information or a false identity when registering an account.
• After account creation, jeeta3 may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals or certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
• A valid and active email address must be provided at the time of registration.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeeta3 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents to verify your identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. You must keep your username and password confidential. You will be responsible for any use of your account by another person.

• Use a strong password — combining numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• In case of suspicious activity or unauthorized login, notify jeeta3 support immediately.
• Take extra precautions when using your account on a public or shared device.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing money on jeeta3: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
• jeeta3 reserves the right to process any deposit request subject to additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, jeeta3 may hold withdrawals until additional verification is completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

jeeta3 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate may apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses apply only to bets placed with real money — you cannot earn another bonus by using a bonus.
• jeeta3 reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a breach of bonus policy is suspected, jeeta3 may hold the bonus and related winnings until an investigation is complete.
• Bonuses will not be granted to multiple accounts from the same household, same IP address, or same device.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

jeeta3 has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on regular activity and loyalty. Cashback is credited directly to your account, subject to applicable terms.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on jeeta3 are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and unpredictable.

• If a technical error occurs in a game result, the relevant round may be cancelled.
• Prizes announced as a result of a software error are not the responsibility of jeeta3, and the bet amount may be refunded in such cases.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, any active bet will be settled according to the rules in effect at that moment.
• The game provider's own rules may also apply.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• In the case of a cancelled match or undetermined result, bets will be settled according to the relevant circumstances.
• For live betting, odds may change based on real-time data.
• Separate terms applicable to tournament or league-based betting will be announced individually.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta3 platform and may result in immediate account termination if they occur:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
2. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games.
3. Bonus arbitrage — intentionally placing low-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
4. Collusion — coordinating with other players to influence outcomes.
5. Attempting to access the system through fraud, hacking, or unauthorized means.
6. Creating an account with false information or concealing identity.
7. Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other users.
8. Using the jeeta3 name or logo without authorization.

• Content may be used to a limited extent for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided the source is credited.
• The intellectual property of game providers is governed by their respective policies.

10.1 jeeta3's Rights

jeeta3 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or the KYC process.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Long-term inactivity.

10.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. If all bonus conditions are not met before the account is closed, the bonus balance will be forfeited, but your original deposit amount (withdrawable balance) will be returned.

jeeta3 accepts no liability for the following:

• Technical errors, server outages, or losses due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized use of an account.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.
• Failure to earn expected income from gaming.
